[Ping Xie] The Time Thief

I have also read many Pingxie articles set on university campuses, but this article is the only one that reminds me of my own real life, so it moved me more truly. I started laughing when I saw "The guy studying Chinese at the university next door went to Tibet." It feels like Wu Xie's university is right next door to my university. I am a student in the Chinese Department, and two of my roommates in college are now in Tibet, one in Lhasa and the other in a small county. At a dormitory party before the Spring Festival this year, several young people actually made an appointment in an old-fashioned teahouse. Sometimes feelings are a fragile thing. Reality always gives people the feeling that the more beautiful and pure something is, the more fragile it seems. Ideals are good, love is good. But the older the person is, the harder it seems to be to blame, and the harder it is to blame the other person for their original vow. Maybe we are just not as strong as we think. So, when I read this article, I was very moved. Because here, Ping Xie's thoughts and love are so pure and beautiful, but not fragile. In fact, the fate that Zhang Qiling endured, whether it was good to have no memory, good to have no past or future, good to the Zhang family, or good to the Bronze Gate, was actually a pain that was too huge for people to truly feel. But Zhang Qiling here is different. He is just an ordinary person. Because of this, I can feel what his past means to a child. What does his choice mean to a person who comes out of the mountains? In the article, Zhang Qiling is no longer a man as powerful as a god or Buddha, nor is he a stunning beauty that cannot be seen in the world. He is just a child who comes from the mountains. Poverty is a label that comes with him as soon as he is born. But Zhang Qiling like this always has the ability to make me feel that what is poor is his pair of very old sneakers, what is poor is the T-shirt that has been washed out of color, what is poor is his worn-out German dictionary that has been used for many years, but he is not the poor. Therefore, no matter how ordinary he is, he still retains a temperament of independence from the world, and is silently facing the pain inflicted on him by the world. As for Wu Xie, his appearance seems to be just to put human fireworks on this person with extremely stubbornness, or as it is said in "Eternity", "I want to warm this person up." This point is what touches people's hearts in countless Ping Xie essays. Xu Da's Ping Xie makes me feel the warmth of Wu Xie's innocent heart more strongly. Zhang Qiling's once-in-a-lifetime love makes me extremely moved every time. The human touch born for Wu Xie is even more heartwarming and real in Xu Da's writing. When Wu Xie spent a year walking towards Zhang Qiling step by step firmly and down-to-earth, I was even infected by Wu Xie's mood - all he thought about was you, and I walked towards you across thousands of mountains and rivers. Because of this, in those chapters, I seemed to be able to see light, and it lit up little by little because of this boy's love. Obviously he is facing the same life and reality as most people, but he has the sincerity and courage that many people don't have, for the one who also loves him deeply. In "Time Thieves", Ping Xie's love is highly pure, and it makes people believe that this kind of love exists in the human world. PS. This is the third time I have left a review for "Time Thieves".
