Transmigrating into Dream of the Red Chamber: A Maid's Guide

A heartbroken woman from the twenty-first century transmigrates into the world of the Dream of the Red Chamber as Zijuan, Lin Daiyu's personal maid. There are plenty of good men in the world, but not a single tear is worth shedding over a scumbag. That's her guiding principle in life. She encourages Lin Daiyu to bravely embrace a new romance, helps Yingchun teach the Zhongshan Wolf a harsh lesson, and brings about a happy marriage for Shi Xiangyun. There are household rivalries, courtly intrigues, battles with men, and battles with women. Talented, resilient, resourceful, and always one step ahead, she navigates the world of the Dream of the Red Chamber with ease. And yet she is struck right in the one fatal weakness she can see coming but cannot guard against: love... This isn't a sequel, just fanfiction. I'm not here to make a grand statement. I'm just writing a fairy tale. I adore Lin Daiyu, but I won't bash any of the original characters. The premise is conventional: two tall, rich, handsome men and two heroines. The journey may be a little bumpy, but the ending is guaranteed to be happy! My friend May Daosheng's new novel, The Scholar and the Red Chamber, is next door. Come check it out! My new film and TV fanfiction, [Pride and Prejudice] Keep Your Hands Off My Darcy, is also out. Please show it some support Theme:
