No Snow Before the Tower

Lou Qingyan, a blue-green grass snake whose tail was severed seven inches from the tip by a hunter, drifted through the human world in a daze. One day, she heard her teacher say, "When someone gives you even a drop of kindness, repay them with a spring of gratitude." She had received kindness from someone and ought to repay it. So she endured the heavenly tribulation, the shattering of her demon core, and imprisonment in the secluded valley without complaint. Once their debts were settled, it was time for her to leave. "Senior Sister, you begged to descend to the mortal realm and waited a thousand years. Why put yourself through this?" "The terrible mistake has already been made, and there's no undoing it. All I can do now is believe that one day, she will return." "Her demon core is shattered, and her spirit and form are destroyed. A Die, I want her life, but I want her heart even more. Is that too greedy?" "Your Highness is the Demon Lord of the ages. Greed is simply in your nature, neither right nor wrong." "Master, will you return to Heaven after finding Lady Lou?" "No. This time, I'll never leave her again." PS: Reviving an old abandoned story, major CP changes, high-intensity drama ahead! Theme:
