With no warning at all, she arrived in this world and became a baby again.
At first, she thought she had simply been reborn by chance, with a new nationality, a new identity, and a new name.
As long as she could live peacefully, she didn't ask for much.
But then she met a boy with that familiar name.
Was it just a coincidence?
No. When there are too many coincidences, they can hardly be coincidences anymore.
She felt sorry for what lay ahead for him.
But the being who had thrown her here, perhaps something that could be called a "god," had given her no special power.
Whether she went to his side, left his side, or returned once more to the city where he was, she was powerless every time.
And yet fate kept their bond intact.
She didn't know what she could do, so all she could do was watch, a bystander caught up in the story.
(I was told the blurb needed work, so even though the story is complete, I racked my brains and wrote this. Don't look too closely at the quality... I'll add it now...)
I read a lot of fanfiction and really wanted to indulge in a bit of wish fulfillment myself, so I chose Digimon and revisited Digimon Adventure 02, along with my memories of Ken Ichijoji.
I started writing to look back on 02 and little Ken. I'm 100% committed to the original plot, with no overpowered protagonist changing the world. Rather than a transmigration fanfic, it's more like a prose version of DA02, so please just read it as 02...
To some extent, the heroine is very unlikable. She's neither decisive nor strong. You don't have to like her; feel free to click away. Criticize whatever you like, but this is simply how she was written, and I don't intend to change that.
I really love DA02, so I worked hard to research the details. I hope nothing strays too far from the original. All my personal analysis of the details is in the "A Word from the Author" sections.
I'll do my best to catch typos before posting, but please forgive me if any slip through. If you spot one, tell me where it is and I'll fix it.
P.S. This is my first time writing and my first time posting. I'm a beginner at both writing and figuring out the JJ system, so please be patient with me.
I'll gradually fix the formatting before "Section Eighty-Four: Christmas Eve (Part One)." I hope this won't count as a fake update.
2013.5.13: I've started fixing the formatting. Only now have I realized how much work it seems to be...
2013.5.27: I've finally finished fixing the formatting, but when I click in, some chapters still look the same as before... They looked fixed in the editor... I'm so confused... I've saved several times, but it's still the same...
Also, I somehow got the chapter numbers wrong, so I have to fix those too... I'm going crazy.
2013.6.2: Officially complete. Thanks to all the readers for supporting The Other Shore.
I'll still be fixing chapter numbers and typos from time to time. The story is finished, so these aren't fake updates.
I've started a new story: Digimon 04 DF: Digimon 04, Two Lines.
Theme:
In the story novel, a person named Xia Ningran copied this article. He is really shameless. Please pay attention!!
I discovered that someone shamelessly plagiarized this article in the novel.
The movie version 3 was not even written!
After reading more than a dozen chapters, I really felt that it was not as good as the Unprinted Chapter written by Nalan Da.
So happy, with an ending like calm flowing water. I have a small suggestion. I think the psychological description is not enough. It would be nice if there were more.
It's great. I started to have thoughts and resonance in my heart when I started reading. I can only say that the author wrote what I longed for in my heart. I have always liked Xian, but I always felt that Xian's treatment in the play was too cruel and unfair. . . The ending left me very confused. I'm not saying I hate Jing, but I hope someone will choose to support him, love him, believe in him, feel sorry for him, and protect him from beginning to end. After looking for this for many years, I finally saw the article "Let the Worthy Be Happy" and the author rekindled the whole story. Thank you, really! I was very moved after reading it and appreciate your hard work.
.. Actually, I don't know if the author is still reading it! I've known about this article for a long time, but I didn't click on the name. I read it again yesterday (or the day before yesterday) and clicked on it. It's really well written, and it doesn't feel inconsistent. As a result, I was almost late for school after reading it all the time... Hehehe www
Well written, keep up the good work!
It's over, congratulations. It's been a long time since I've been here. I'd better watch it from the beginning again.
Wrong score... "Squatting in the corner"
