[K] Time Machine

I carefully wiped the lens of my camera, trying to make every movement as quiet as possible. Then I raised my head and discreetly studied the boy in my line of sight. He was lying on the rooftop, not very close to me, holding a red umbrella and intently teasing the white kitten perched on his shoulder. Perhaps he hadn't noticed me. That was just as well. As I thought this, I took a piece of white bread from the plastic bag beside me and put it in my mouth. It didn't taste very good. I remembered buying it the day before yesterday. But I didn't care, and focused instead on adjusting my DSLR. The boy's name was Isana Yashiro, a student at the same school as me. Nearly every afternoon, he came here to lie in the sun, hands clasped behind his head, letting the red umbrella shield him from the glaring light as he enjoyed a peaceful little nap in the winter breeze. It didn't take long for him to catch my attention. Not because he had taken over a rooftop that had once been exclusively mine, but because of his eyes. Even though I didn't quite understand what was reflected in those silvery-white eyes of his, I knew one thing for certain. I wanted to... ...take a picture of them. Make them my own. That's what I wanted. Dedicated to Ningning. Started this project on May 31. The male lead is Yashiro. Please don't complain about the female lead's abilities. And about her name... well, wouldn't anyone be tempted to complain about a surname like Ning Yi Er San?! As you can see, I'm trying out a style with more description and a bit of annotation, lol. Of course, my writing style hasn't changed. My goal is a story so [moving] [it'll] [make] [you] [cry], lol! I'll mainly be working on this story, and I won't slack off on updates! Please support me! Game-style.
