In the Apocalypse, Go Wild in the Wind, Boy

In 2013, a nuclear power plant in Japan leaked radiation. The massive fallout spread rapidly, directly affecting human health. Countless people died, while those who survived underwent mutations of varying degrees... Actually, this idea suddenly came to me while I was walking home with a classmate after watching Resident Evil... So basically, this can be treated as a story where I vent my frustrations... like getting strangled to death by a zombie... My twisted sense of humor finally reminded me to explain: you can treat this as an alternate universe or a parallel timeline. I chose 2013 because I was too lazy to imagine what the future would look like... I've been busy lately, so updates will be on hold for a while... I don't even know if anyone is reading this... but I figured I should let you know... Updates will resume by May at the latest.
