There's Something Strange About This Village

The story can be summed up concisely as follows: A miserable kid who has just lost his parents and can see ghosts meets a screwball kid with no parents who grew up in a Taoist temple. Together they face monsters and demons, and overcome eighty-one trials. In the end, the miserable kid is so worn down by the screwball kid that they get together in this “inspirational” coming-of-age story.
