P.S. This story is ordinary, uneventful, even mundane. It's full of little details and everyday domestic life, with few twists or dramatic moments. That's life for you. It can't cater to everyone's tastes or chase popular themes, and there's no novel or exciting plot. I hope you'll find it at least a little warm and enjoyable. Once again, this is a very slow burn. The author has a mind of their own and won't be swayed, even if the sky falls.
About "Waves" and "Zhang": these two stories are not connected as prequel and sequel. Their settings, character relationships, and personalities are all different and unrelated. Zhang Rong in one story is not the Zhang Rong in the other. None of the characters are the same, so please don't conflate them, in case it makes you uncomfortable. I wasn't very good at writing "Zhang" at the time, and looking back still makes me cringe. I've fixed all the flaws in that story in "Waves," if you know what I mean. So please don't ask why the stories are different or why there's such a big gap between them... Thank you QwQ
