(Female-Dominant Xianxia) Seeking the Dao

Two thousand years ago, a catastrophe in the human realm changed the cultivation world's unchanging order.

During the upheaval of the Western Zhou, Ji Hongmei, the last ruler of the Yin dynasty, led her army into battle. With her unfathomable intelligence and formidable strength, she defeated the feudal states and unified the land, placing the Yin king Li under house arrest. At the same time, in the cultivation world, the demons of the Phantom Sea Demon Court invaded. The weak and incompetent Immortal Lord He Chengwen only knew how to give ground. He signed a treaty ceding half of the cultivation world, along with countless treasures and resources, to the Phantom Sea Demon Court. He even agreed to give his daughter, Princess He Xuehua, to one of their demon generals as a concubine, and was willing to hand over all the immortal consorts and noblewomen as well.

But how could the demons be satisfied with that? They wanted not only these women, but every female immortal in the cultivation world at their disposal. Calling themselves Star Lords, they demanded that all the women of this world serve them, laboring and tending to their every need without complaint. Their declaration caused an uproar throughout the cultivation world, but Immortal Lord He Chengwen ignored everyone's wishes, lured the famed general He Yuegou to his death, and signed a blood pact. He then fled to the human realm with Immortal Queen Mu Qingqing.

What men cannot accomplish, women will! He Xuehua, a woman of virtue destined for greatness, refused to suffer such humiliation. She led the female immortals in revolt, ushering in the rise of the entire Ziwei Dynasty.

From then on, in both the human realm and the cultivation world, men's status plummeted, while women's status rose to unimaginable heights.
