Rose, Rose

The main point of this story is to calmly and patiently tell a tale about love.

So, the key is to be calm and patient [hey, what about the plot?!

There's a handsome, wealthy, and cultured gong who nurtures others, and a beautiful, artistic shou who grows into himself.

Zheng Xieran is past thirty and gradually approaching forty. A man's thirties are like a tree in full bloom. The powerful stand alone, with no one beside them.

Zheng Zhouyang is still young. The bright side of youth is light, the other side is shadow. Growth can go in every direction. He walks between A and B, affirming and denying himself.

[Oh, all right, I'm hopeless at writing a pitch. So let me just explain why I wanted to write this story. If it sounds like your kind of read, then you've come to the right place. I don't want to read angsty stories where the shou falls in love with the gong after being put through misery until the end. I don't want dark, violent themes glorified in BDSM stories. I don't want to read entertainment-industry stories about one person being kept by another. I've had enough of the golden finger trope in transmigration stories, and I can't bring myself to love pages full of name-dropping LV, Hermes, and other designer brands. As a picky reader, I decided to do it myself.

So I just want to write a quieter story, the quieter the better. I hope it makes you feel at ease as you read. That's it.]
