The Author Who Became the Boss

One-sentence summary: A writer of progression-style wuxia and fantasy novels is transported into his own story as the Big Boss. From then on, he sets out on a "wonderful" journey, joining forces with the male lead to head toward the sunshine. (That said, it's not so easy to erase his identity as the Big Boss. And he's not the only Big Boss in the story: above him lurks an even bigger, hidden Big Boss... In short, he has to keep fighting, but the future will ultimately be bright.) A slightly longer summary: He could have been transported as a male supporting character, an extra, an old man, a child, or even the heroine, so why on earth did he have to become the Big Boss? Can he apply for a free trip back?! Chen Yu feels utterly miserable about it, under a lot of pressure, and knows he needs to make a real effort to become a good person. But why does the plot of this world never follow the novel? Why do people who shouldn't appear show up, and why do people who shouldn't have a romance plot insist on getting involved? Who will comfort the fragile heart of this author, so deeply wounded by all this? And besides, avoiding the main plot and jumping straight to the later stages to fight the final Big Boss isn't exactly easy. ^_^ Announcement: The novel will become paid on Wednesday, March 20. One last gentle warning: I've been criticized about this many times, so I'll mention it in the blurb too. Chen Yu is easygoing and doesn't have grand ambitions to conquer the world. He'll be rather weak at first and will often need others to protect him. Later, he'll gradually become more capable and learn to stand on his own. (Literary flourish) So this is a story about the two of them growing side by side. (P.S. I think that if an ordinary homebody who writes stories, and isn't even a big-name author, really had grand ambitions, he would have already made something of himself in the real world. So Chen Yu is just an ordinary person. Please don't expect too much of him. =v= But he's not a delicate flower who cries at the slightest breeze, either.)
