[Crossover] Dear Mary Sue

From the age of five to twenty, Su never gave up on her stubborn pursuit of happiness: her Mary Sue heart, yearning for a perfect ending. At five: "That's so sad. Why does Princess Jade have to die?" At ten: "I want to change it! I want to interfere! Even if it means losing all the things that make it special." At twelve: "Why? Why is the ending still the same? I already changed the world!" At sixteen: "There's nothing I can do. Even if sometimes I cry and say that a tragedy like this is the best ending, what I long for most deep down is still a happy ending, even if it's so tacky that I hate it myself." At eighteen: "Mary, I want to try one more time..." At nineteen: "Maybe I'll never really grow up." At twenty: "I think I'm ready to graduate from Mary Sue." • A note before reading • • An unconventional crossover story, with a nontraditional Mary Sue heroine and no CP. • • Written for the beautiful wishes of our past selves, which should never be scorned. Remember, at first, they were only meant to soothe our sorrow. •
