I've always thought Gu Long was good at writing "villainous" heroes. Those villains used the title of hero to do despicable, shameless things, while Jin Yong was good at writing "righteous" heroes who, beneath the guise of righteousness, did things that were truly contemptible. Did they benefit the country? Their families? Or were they just deceiving the world and stealing a reputation?
I'm only trying to criticize, smear, and expose some of these so-called "righteous" figures. If you don't like it, don't come in; don't click; just hit the X in the upper-right corner. This story has twisted values and muddled arguments. Anyone with fragile nerves should leave now. Those of you who think you've got a full set of hardened, top-tier gear, come on in. Let's talk about those so-called "heroes" in Jin Yong's books.
