These are the years I can never go back to. They weren't as heart-pounding as a novel, nor did they have such a roller-coaster plot, but I believe they held friendships more sincere than those in any novel, a more bittersweet unrequited love, and a purer romance. This was our youth, our green years, the past we'll never be able to return to.
