Jerry the Mouse and Tom the Cat

I am a mouse, a mouse who has always been hurt by love. I sacrificed my own happiness for someone else's romance, then watched the smiling face of a passerby as I walked away in tears. And so the mouse became a loner, wandering the streets every day, hoping to find true love but afraid of getting hurt.

A faithless mouse fell helplessly in love with a cat. They were natural enemies, living in two entirely different worlds, and that doomed the mouse's love to sorrow.
