[Hibari BG] The Great One's Development Plan

If the Chairman had no tonfa to back him up, could he still rule Namimori? If Mukuro Rokudo were nothing more than a human-shaped can of pineapple, would he still have been imprisoned for ten years? If the Arcobaleno were just a brand of baby formula, the Choice battle were merely a game of Ludo to pass the time, and Tsuna Sawada were just a timid, good-for-nothing boy, what would the world of Katekyo Hitman Reborn be like? This is the story of a woman who transmigrates into a parallel world of Katekyo Hitman Reborn and gets caught up in a tangled romance with the Chairman.
