Nineteenth-century Sicily, a world where glory and darkness coexist. As the eldest son of Duke Vongola, he could no longer tolerate the tyrannical rule of the local underworld. Clutching his companions' hands, he used his blood, sweat, and tears to usher in a new era. Yet, just as all the glory was about to be his, he chose to cross the ocean and leave behind the Sicily that had bound him with countless years and memories. Synopsis: The people of Sicily, whose island has been repeatedly invaded and occupied by hostile forces, no longer believe in the central government or the legal system. They have turned their backs on the nation. The family is their only faith. Faced with the threat of force from the Capos, some people choose to rise up and fight back. They are simply the Vongola family, not the Vongola mafia family.
