The Image says:
A flying bird misses its chance and falls into a cage.
Though it beats its wings, it cannot soar.
For now, it should only keep to its proper place.
Reaching too high is utterly impossible.
Zhang Qiling stared at this hexagram for a long time, then finally put it in his pocket.
The worst possible hexagram. That was their fate together.
[WARNING: PLEASE CHECK THE LANDMINES HERE!!!!!]
First! This is an older-woman/younger-man romance.
Second! This is extremely slow-paced.
Third! This is a serious drama.
Fourth! This story is unfair to Xiaoge.
Fifth! This story hints at all-Xie pairings.
Sixth! The side characters steal the spotlight in all sorts of ways.
Seventh! The author is a total goofball. Sometimes I sleep in and forget to update... And because I'm such a goofball, writing this is unusually difficult...
