Yun Bai (through gritted teeth): The sort who makes a mountain out of a molehill over nothing, but never lets a slight go unanswered when something happens. Stingy to the last penny, self-righteous, hungry for fame, a bully to the weak and a coward to the strong, full of nonsense, a bit old-fashioned, and when his brain short-circuits, he’ll even risk life and limb for those lousy friends of his. A thoroughly annoying person, and thoroughly lovable, too.

Writing style: I’m sticking to one-on-one romance, no matter what. I aim to make the characters distinctive. There’ll be melodrama and □, and every chapter will have a little clue that doesn’t take much brainpower to spot. If a plot point doesn’t make sense, I’d rather leave it out.
