It's Time to Gather Red Peonies

Honestly, it feels like I wrote her as someone who transmigrated, not someone who was reborn. If He Hongyao could be this calm, she wouldn't be He Hongyao.

So when readers say my writing is good, I'm really embarrassed, because I've always wanted to give the whole thing a major revision, especially the characterizations.

He Hongyao is cruel and insane. Even at the very end, she still loves Xia Xueyi and is willing to die for him.

After all the revisions, it always becomes a story about two mad snakes who love and kill each other. The focus is on torturing Xia Xueyi, psychologically and physically. Torture, torture, torture!

The first chapter is an excerpt from the original text, with almost no changes.
