You say you do not fear the world's scorn, and would drag them all to hell even if you had to go there yourself! Until... I met that boy... Beneath the cherry blossoms, he held out his hand to me. His gentle face, those deep purple eyes, clean lashes, elegant and intent... "I'll wait for you"... Those three words of his have haunted my heart ever since... That is the place I long to call home... But... he stands at the entrance to the source of light, while an endless black hole lies behind me...

I can only watch him in silence. Everything in those purple eyes is so beautiful, boundless...

2. This story takes place over a hundred years ago. The female lead is original and does not transmigrate. I haven't worked out the timeline too carefully; it's all fictional. I will do my best to give the various characters distinct personalities and keep them in character, but my ability is limited, so read with caution if that's not your thing.
