You weren't in my life for long, but you left the deepest mark. You didn't walk with me to the end, but you brought my story to a close.

You never said you missed me, liked me, or loved me, yet I stubbornly kept expressing my love as it neared its end.

You are the light in my life, and for one moment you ignited what little passion I had.

Until the very end, I followed your words, tirelessly and desperately keeping the candle's faint flame alive.

It's basically finished, so that's about it... I only found out later that the seasons in the story don't match the Japanese school year, so please feel free to ignore that! It's a little melodramatic, but I think this story is okay...
