The C. R. O. S. S. Section under the Pan-Space Administration was specially established to address the bottleneck problem of the evolution of human society in Pan-Asia space. It uses the C. R. O. S. S. (Completely Replacement of Origin Survival System) technology to send space-time observers into known parallel spaces to observe different human societies, hoping to find representatives of benign mutations in the evolution of human society.
