[Actually, it's just a story about a confession fanatic getting her husband back in a strange way. It's neither serious nor comedic...]
- Have you heard of fairy tales?
Every princess held captive by a dragon can be rescued.
All she has to do is wait for the prince to return from the other side of the world with a golden apple, a sword, or something else, and then the whole thing will be over.
It is bound to end someday.
But the truth is, waiting is just waiting.
A so-called promise is an invisible red thread tied around two people's wrists.
It's finding your own answer as you search the depths of that person's eyes.
It's something that keeps getting farther away the longer you wait, until at last all you can see is a hazy silhouette in the wisps of mist.
More often than not, that's the truth. That's life.
But then,
what's meant to happen will happen,
because there's a very lovely word for it:
a bond.
