The Most Heinous Criminal

A prisoner who should have been executed by the Ministry of Justice is sent from a remote northern county. The prisoner is also a eunuch. Ning Yuan, a county constable who has never gotten along with eunuchs, later hears that this one used to be a big shot. So what if he was? He's still a eunuch. I've written too many long stories and need a change of pace, so I'm writing something strange and quirky. It won't be too long.
