Ten Miles of Clear Skies

I look up at the sky: sunny again.

A clear blue sky, like the day we first met.

You said that even if we were separated for lifetimes,

You said that even if the years pulled us apart,

You said there would always be memories in our hearts to call back.

If we still long for each other,

If you still won't let go,

Then I will surely stay by your side, close in your arms.
