Crossover: The Strongest Student Council President in History

In a sense, Lian Kongye was very lucky. His next-door neighbors were Hibari Kyoya and Rokudo Mukuro, who lived downstairs. The guy upstairs was supposedly named Orihara Izaya, while rumor had it that the senpai above him was named Kuran Kaname. Nura Rikuo lived across the hall. And the kid who lived with him was supposedly called Kudo Shinichi when he was little, though that hasn't been confirmed. In a sense, St. Aslan Academy was incredibly powerful. The head of its Security Department was supposedly named XANXUS, and was said to be one of the academy's two most terrifying figures, alongside the disciplinary committee member Hibari Kyoya. The other student council members were Ishida Uryu, Kiyomizu Kiyomitsu, Grimmjow, and Kurosaki Ichigo, along with the other people who were rumored to be missing, their whereabouts and fates unknown. Lian Kongye's only task was to get this bunch to graduate like normal people. Naturally, Lian Kongye was very popular for having such an honorable duty. "Kufufu~ Why aren't you dead yet?" ...Can I take that as you caring about me? "Director, may I request some time off this week?" "Of course, Mr. Kuroro. Do as you please..." "Trash that threatens campus security, go die!" ...X, you're breaking character! You're really breaking character!!! "Is it all right that we're over budget again this month?" ...Uryu, could you not bring up things like that in such a pleasant, weather-report kind of tone? "...Um, can I say something?" Even the student council president would occasionally blow his top. "If you've got the guts... Hibari, put down those tonfas and fight me!"
