Story Background
A few years ago, Kurosaki Ichigo defeated Aizen and became the captain of the Soul Society's Fifth Division, stationed permanently in the World of the Living. After learning the truth, Karin and Yuzu also began training as Soul Reapers and attended Shin'o Academy during summer and winter breaks. Two years ago, after Kurosaki Ichigo graduated from university, he married Lieutenant Rukia Kuchiki of the Thirteenth Division. The Kurosaki family officially moved to the Soul Society. But for certain reasons, Karin and Yuzu left the Soul Society and returned to the World of the Living. This story follows the events that unfold afterward.
I've finally revised it. This is an old abandoned project from a few years ago, and I've decided to pick it back up, with a few small changes. I won't make any grand promises: my track record for finishing stories is nonexistent, so enter at your own risk. Updates will be irregular.
Readers who are interested, please note: don't get hung up on identities and such. If you take it too seriously, you'll be in for a bad time. I can't do anything about the plot holes in Bleach, so please use the anime's ending as the reference point. The Kurosaki family's identities are as in the original, except Isshin was the former captain of the Tenth Division.
