The Embroidered Quilt of Lord E

The world is a chessboard, and every person is a chess piece. No matter how the world changes, no one can escape their fate. Being powerless, unable to control your feelings, having no choice: none of these are excuses. It all comes down to your heart, to a single thought. Because one thought can bring a thousand miles of mountains and rivers into being; one thought can make oceans turn to fields.
