I'll try to write Huo Shao the way I imagine him. I've watched "The Great Han Empire" too. I feel Huo Shao is a little too lively in it, but it's a TV series, so I understand. Huo Shao was quiet to begin with. If they didn't let him talk more in the show, what else could he say? - - As historical dramas go, "The Great Han Empire" is genuinely good, and it's a nice choice for anyone who wants to learn a little about the history of the Western Han. Some plot points do contradict historical records, though, so you can read "Records of the Grand Historian" while watching "The Great Han Empire." But - - the Grand Historian didn't much care for generals like Huo Shao and Wei Shuai, so we know very little about them... General Li Guang, on the other hand... Okay, I've said too much. Aside from historical sources and TV dramas, I can say her books have influenced me the most. When I read them, it's as if I can see the young master come alive before my eyes, so otherworldly and incomparable. Those words are usually used to describe women, but they suit the young master perfectly. Those are the two stories I plan to write after [Han Zhuo X Ouyang Shaogong] is finished.
