Sealed with a Kiss

(A sequel to Fei Wo Si Cun's The City of Falling Snow, a sweet and funny story about a naive little rabbit and a big bad wolf, with no angst)

I had the honor of getting pregnant. I hadn't planned to tell my boss, but my acting was so terrible I couldn't keep it from him for even one night.

The boss seemed perfectly normal that morning and still pretended to head to the office as usual.

Completely baffled, I took the subway to work like I normally did.

Who knew that before I could even sit down, the boss would shoot me a murderous look? I lowered my head and pretended I was taking some documents to Sister Li.

Before I could react, the big boss's voice rang out.

"Tong Xue has repeatedly violated company rules. She's fired."

You beast! You absolute beast!!!

Xiao Zhao came over after the big boss left and said sympathetically, "It's okay. You went to Peking University. It's not like you'll have trouble finding another job. Cheer up! So you won't get to look at handsome guys anymore. You're married anyway! It's fine."

I packed up my things and smiled at her.

Mo Shaoqian, just you wait. When the baby's born, I'm not letting you hold it!
