Palace Intrigue: Sunset Glow

I'd only just gotten used to my transmigrated body, and already I was sent to the palace! I'd only just become a palace maid and gotten used to it, and then I was selected as a Changzai! I'd only just become a Changzai and started enjoying a life of luxury, and then I was sent to the Cold Palace! I'd only just settled into the Cold Palace and started figuring out what to do with my life, and then I got pregnant! I'd only just gotten pregnant and figured out whether it was real or a false alarm, and then I miscarried! I'd only just recovered from the miscarriage, and damn it, someone staged a rebellion! The rebellion had barely begun, and before I could even pack my things, the Emperor packed me off out of the palace! I'd only just left the palace and started wandering from place to place, and then I was back again! I'd only just returned to the palace and settled into my little nest, and then I became Empress! Empress, my ass! Look at how the Emperor has used the Empress, the Noble Consort, and every woman in the harem to scheme against one another, while he reaps the benefits! After all these years, who would still dare to be the woman of this fake-innocent, genuinely scheming Emperor!!! Starting a new story before finishing the old one... I'm off, hiding under a cooking pot.
