Special note: The title comes from a song, "When the Wind Rises Again," that Gor Gor (Leslie Cheung) dedicated to himself.
It was also the first song Gor Gor sang at his concert when he returned to the stage at the end of 1996.
It also alludes to the protagonist being reborn. I really love this song and originally wanted to include it in the blurb, but worried the music might cause loading problems for you all, so I'm explaining it here.
