A Bewitching Male Lead
The elder's eyelashes fluttered lightly, like the droplets on a butterfly's wings after the rain, poised to take flight. When his eyes opened, they were like a clear blue sky, their pale blue color so pure it seemed impossible to defile. Huh? A pair of clear, foxlike eyes. Somehow, they looked completely out of place, yet he had a peculiar sense of incongruity about him.
"Kitten, why are you so dumb? You didn't even know you were sick."
His voice was still cool and calm, pleasant to the ear, but his tone was just begging to be punched. Huh?! Wait a minute! When did I get sick? How come I don't know about it?
"Elder, what illness do I have?"
"Would you understand if I told you? Or would you be able to cure it?"
The elder's voice didn't waver at all, but I swear he was looking down on me.
"Never mind. Stay in bed for a few days. You'll be fine once your master finds the medicine. I'll take care of you for a few days. Don't cause any trouble."
"Yes."
What do you mean? I never cause trouble!
