If spilled water could be gathered up again and the legend continued, what kind of world would we see today?
After my brother passed away, some people thought Mr. Tang had come into a huge inheritance, while others thought it was a relief that he no longer had to face a lover whose moods were unpredictable and whom he could never let go. Some even envied him for being able to keep his beloved's ashes by his side, rightfully and as a matter of course...
But many people heard only the anguished cry behind the words on the page: "In the stillness of the night, who will share my sorrow?"
I did too.
I've always been consumed by envy and jealousy toward Mr. Tang, but I still can't help wondering: if spilled water could be gathered up again and the legend continued, what kind of world might he and he, you and I, see today?
That is the feeling I hope this story can convey. But writing it has been so obscure and difficult that writer's block has been torturous. There's a very good chance this story will still fall into cliches, wallow in melodrama, and feature golden finger wish fulfillment and the like... If you can't accept that, please click the red X in the upper-right corner.
Please don't tell me things like, "If my brother had to suffer so much just to get another chance, I'd rather he had died."
To say something like that is to think far too little of him.
Only through trials as harsh as hell can one forge the strength to create a heaven. Only fingers washed clean by snow can play the requiem of time. Tagore said that, and my brother achieved it in real life, too. His final end came entirely because of illness. It wasn't what he wanted.
Also, my depiction of depression isn't realistic. Depression is a mental illness that can lead people to commit suicide while seeming rational but being completely irrational, and this happens in over 20% of cases. Unless you've been lucky enough to reach that point, survived, and recovered, it's difficult to understand what it feels like. As for all the theories about why my brother took his own life, whether it was a change in his relationship, getting too immersed in a role, fear of growing old, career setbacks, suffering from illness, not wanting to burden his loved ones, or being unable to endure the blow depression dealt to his confidence and pride, I don't believe any of them are true. After escaping the illness's control, most people who have attempted suicide can't explain what made them do it. Even if you tell them the reason they gave at the time, they find it unbelievable: "No way. Why would I have wanted to kill myself over something like that?" It's a strange phenomenon, as if it were an apparently rational act that was actually completely unconscious. I can't describe it to others, either. The best I can do is compare it to phantom pain caused by nerves in the [censored]. But I must make this clear: that passage in my story isn't real. It's purely fictional. I didn't explain this in the short version because I didn't think it was necessary. But with the longer version, I'm afraid someone might take it as fact and assume my brother left because he couldn't bear the pain... That would truly be thinking far too little of him. So I'm taking a long time to explain it here: that isn't what happened. Even the claims about being unable to endure the pain in the suicide note circulating online aren't something I believe. My brother should have written only one suicide note, one he'd entrusted to a lawyer long beforehand, and we never had the chance to see it. The ones online are just media hype... Even if, for argument's sake, the note circulating online were real, being unable to endure the pain still wouldn't be why my brother passed away.
He was such a strong person. How could we let a moment of weakness brought on by illness erase a lifetime of strength?
This story will end after Volume Three, and I'll temporarily mark it as complete. There may be a Volume Four, or there may not. I don't know yet.
The direction of my writing has changed. I can no longer write solely to build a happy dream about my brother, as I did at first... The financial pressure is too great, and lately I've been writing stories intended to earn money and go premium. But no matter how much financial pressure I'm under, I don't want to make money off my brother... So I won't mention his name in those stories. At most, there might be a character I personally like, one who reminds me of him.
I hope you'll understand.
Please support my new story, which officially launched on January 15, 2015!
A true top is someone who remains a top even after an unlucky transmigration into a ger. A true member of a noble family is someone who keeps his bearing even after falling into the hands of a farming family.
They say stories about a ger top and a manly man are unpopular, but I still can't help writing about the male ideal in my heart. He's not exactly steady or perfect, but he can hold fast to his principles and be a genuine person, and he can forge his own path through adversity.
The early chapters feature family life and everyday rural squabbles, but our male ideal won't be confined to them. Later, the ger becomes a top, a farming family's scholar makes a powerful comeback, and there'll be all kinds of face-slapping...
I think I've mostly overcome my tendency to ramble and drag things out whenever inspiration strikes. The girls in the authors' group say it's pretty good, too. It's just that the premise is too niche...
I hope fellow fans will support this niche story~~~~(>_

I really like this kind of daughter, sister, who can be happy with DC and his wife. Very well written. Support
Registered Jinjiang number and came to leave a message~ I think the author's idea of letting his brother directly accept the Best Actress Award was a good one~ The whole world has recognized my brother's charm in dressing up as a woman, let's see how you still slander him!!!! 32 Likes for the author's great wit~\\(≧▽≦)/~ In fact, I think my brother and Mr. Tang are a very good couple. There is at least one thing that many people cannot do. They have always been together and guarded each other despite being tracked, exposed, and even insulted by the media. How realistic is this relationship? In today's entertainment industry, it's flashy and hypocritical, so you can't find much of that kind of true love... Never give up, it sounds like four simple words, but how much does it take to do it? I don't know if this metaphor fits, but I think of Bai Suzhen and Xu Xian. When I was a child, I loved watching The Legend of White Snake. I also liked White Snake and thought Xu Xian was pretty good. I really liked the relationship between them. I think Xu Xian is good because if Xu Xian had not met Bai Suzhen, his life would have been much smoother. There would have been no monsters, no monsters, and no people around him would have suffered disasters because of him and his partner. Although Xu Xian was a little dazed, he still had no regrets, and he still loved Bai Suzhen for the rest of his life. Mr. Tang and his brother. It can be said that Mr. Tang's life was not peaceful or even bad because of his brother, but he still held his brother's hand tightly and did not let go. They carefully maintained their relationship, thinking about each other, Mr. Tang's sacrifice for his brother, and his brother's actions to protect Mr. Tang. I don't need to say more. Can't you check it yourself? It is really not easy for such a sincere relationship to appear in reality (I think it is a stronger relationship than the relationship between Bai Suzhen and Xu Xian)... The love between the two of them cannot be judged by others. Many people don't like Mr. Tang, and I don't have much feelings for Mr. Tang, but because he is the partner chosen by my brother, I respect him, because I think the person my brother chooses is not bad! There are many novels that disparage Mr. Tang, and I think, why bother? That is the lover my brother chose, the one he loves! You are not required to love the house and the bird, but why can't you treat it with a normal heart? Look at this relationship. Ever since my brother sang about falling in love with you, ever since his relationship with Mr. Tang was exposed, through all the setbacks and sufferings, they still insisted on holding each other's hands. It's so true, why can't they take a good look at it? I am actually not a very authentic Rong fan. I first met my brother when I accidentally saw him in A Chinese Ghost Story when I was in junior high school. I had a deep memory of Ning Caichen played by him. Then in the subsequent versions of Ning Caichen, the image of Ning Caichen never surpassed my brother. At that time, I was not star-chasing, so I I didn't pay much attention to him, and I didn't even know that the unparalleled person had left the world. It wasn't until this year that I saw my brother's fandom, which seemed to be written in big letters by Lin Zhishu, that I started to understand my brother's affairs... Then my Kugou Music originally had two groups, the default list and Jisan, and then I added Leslie Cheung... It's a pity that I didn't get to know him better earlier... There are many people who worship my brother as a god, and some people say that my brother is actually very gossipy and ordinary, and they regard him as a relative. As for me, I am probably a relatively ordinary person, but I also sincerely hope that my brother can be happy and live a good life with Mr. Tang. I can hear my brother's new songs, see his new movies, and read this article. Because of the existence of Qiaochen, my brother can be well, really good. We can imagine that my brother is living well, happy, and proud in a time and space that we don't know. His love is beautiful and bright. And Yao Chong can also find a warm harbor on the long journey, wash away the fatigue and desolation, and embark on the road to find daddy again with a warm smile... The author initially wrote about the rough and direct interference between his brother and Mr. Tang. In fact, it also reflects the desolation and hardness in his heart. He seems to be searching endlessly for similar souls, but he wants to die... Can't you hate iron to make steel? Or maybe you feel wronged by the same soul as your daddy, but choose to die... And your daddy's soul can't be found anywhere... Then, during the stops again and again, my heart was warmed by my brother, and then, my heart was warmed, and I accompanied my brother in this world before continuing my journey... I believe that at this time, Qiaocheng is more hopeful and happier than the despairing one at the beginning!
I read it again, I liked it very much, I hope to write more
Fireworks of different colors & natural fire extinguishers..., I don't know why I thought of this⊙▽⊙
I still have a lot to say. I wish I could write more.
Come on↖(^ω^)↗~~~I like you very much
I like this feeling of happiness. The dream continues.
When reading this article, you can pretend that he is still there, that he has realized all his dreams, that he is still living happily with Mr. Tang in a place not far away from us... Yes, it's all pretend... But it is warm and I like to immerse myself in it... Until today, I suddenly discovered that such warmth will eventually end one day... I even hope that the author can continue writing like this, forever and ever... At least this way, I will feel less disappointed in my heart... Miss him very much... Really...
I don't know why my comment was swallowed by Jinjiang again... Let's start customization... How about opening this article together with Rongguang? A certain flower expressed that she really wanted to collect it... I cherish my brother's articles so much… I must collect them…
Like it. I like this article very much~
