[Gintama] Summer Fireflies

Still terrible at writing blurbs: it's just the story of a fake emotionless rabbit in the world of Gintama.

This is a companion piece to [Hunter x Hunter] Afternoon Tea After the Rain, written to make it up to readers who were frustrated by that story's botched ending. The pairing is my favorite, Kamui. It's one of the Kamui series, projected to be around 100,000 words. Aside from not abandoning it, I can't guarantee anything.

This story may not follow Gintama's plot. It mostly depicts the lives of the Yato, with the Yato at its center, and is told in third person. Other aspects are on hold. The author is a detail-obsessed fan who can't do witty commentary, and has researched Kamui exhaustively. The style is serious but amateurish, there are some potentially off-putting elements, and I often get stuck. Please bear with me.

Here are my older stories:

Short Itachi and Sasuke Naruto fic: Naruto: Bonds

Madara gets possessed and leads the chaotic Akatsuki on a second transmigration: The Akatsuki's Hunter x Hunter Transmigration Trip

Short Gintama fic about Takasugi and Kamui: Gintama: Scent of Dyed Rosemary

Kamui from Gintama transmigrates to the Hunter x Hunter world: Hunter x Hunter: Yato Kamui on Meteor City
