Chu Ce was a cold-blooded emperor who killed his wife and son. The woman who had died became an obsession he could never escape for the rest of his life.
Xiu Yu was a God of War who commanded awe across the land. He could turn the tides of the world for one person, yet he never realized she was by his side.
Xing Su was a peerless martial arts prodigy, dazzlingly gifted. He smiled as he watched the world's fortunes rise and fall, yet he could not see through the matter of love.
Thank you all for following Consort's Palace: No Concubines for the Empress over the past few days. I'll keep updating. If you can't wait, you can read it elsewhere: http://www.hongxiu.com/
Is it written by the author of Di Tai Jiao? I like it very much.
Can you believe that the first time I read this novel was in our school library when I was a freshman in high school in 2014? I read it three times in the first year of high school, and the upper and lower volumes (or the upper, middle and lower volumes) were passed around among several girls in our class who loved reading novels, and even the boys later joined in.
It's a big regret of mine that Luo Yan and Xiao Qingyue are not together
Damn it, I finally found the novel I read in third grade. This review is really a long time coming. It's been ten years. I laughed so hard.
Deep sadomasochism, deep love without regrets, very interesting text
No matter what the reason was, I didn't like what Chu Ce did at the beginning. Even if it was for the Luo family, the nine Yan'er clans were ruined. Even if it was to protect Yan'er, Yan'er died in the fire in the end. As for Yan'er's rebirth, it was God's arrangement, not the result of Chu's protection. If Chu was doing it for the good of the Luo family and loving Yan'er, it would be fine if he didn't want this kind of love. Fortunately, Yan'er chose Xiu Yu. I hate Chu and he deserves his pain. I don't sympathize with him at all. Thanks Nalan for the ending, I like it.
