The Best of Times

I've been running around to the immigration office these past two days. Once I get the permit, I have to go back to Taiwan for a while. Something urgent came up. If all goes well, I'll be back in early October. Sorry, everyone. Closed on Sundays~ Updates will probably be around three. The rest of the time I'll be fixing typos and the like. Sorry, I don't know how to type in pinyin. If you switch to the Traditional Chinese version once, then switch back to the Simplified Chinese version, the text should become Simplified Chinese. This story features a girl reborn as a boy. If that's not your thing, please stay away. I'm a woman myself, so I can better understand (or imagine) a girl being reborn as a boy, and then gradually becoming a man. But I might not do as good a job writing from a boy's perspective. I have great respect for Mr. Tang, but in this story, he doesn't exist. If Mr. Tang existed, it seems like my brother's life would end the same way. It's hard to write a different ending for the same people.
