Liang Shanbo and Ma Wencai

Emperor Yongzheng of the Great Qing, Aisin Gioro Yinzhen, died in the thirteenth year of the Yongzheng reign, only to inexplicably appear in the Western Jin dynasty as a legendary figure: Liang Shanbo.

After Prince Lian of the Great Qing, Aisin Gioro Yinsi, died, he was reborn. By a twist of fate, he was reborn in the Western Jin dynasty as Ma Wencai, a character who was originally destined to be a sacrificial lamb.

And so, Zhu Yingtai became the sacrificial lamb. There would be no Eighteen Miles of Parting, no sworn brotherhood at Cao Bridge, and certainly no transformation into butterflies. The legend changed just like that.

As one new character after another appears, will they be sacrificial lambs meant to highlight the protagonists, or important supporting characters? That depends on how the story develops. Read and find out.

One more thing: this is a heartwarming story. I am absolutely a loving author, so don't worry, there will be no angst.
