Those Miserable Neighbors Who Love Showing Off

This is a magical residential community, home to humans, vengeful ghosts, spirits, cultivators, immortals, elves, and all kinds of other strange beings. With such huge differences between the races, all sorts of incidents (and accidents) are bound to happen. So this is a story about how a greedy Taoist master resolves disputes between neighbors. (Not really.) Multiple pairings, but no polyamory. Everyone gets along, upstairs and downstairs. Some character abilities are inspired by The World II, with notes explaining the skills. Whatever happens, I absolutely will not abandon this story. Trust me. Cover thanks: Column thanks Theme:
