May the Paulownia Stay Evergreen, and Your Smile Keep Me Drunk Through the Years

I think

Years from now

If I can still remember her

And that glorious summer

In this cold city,

Perhaps then I can go find her

And embrace her beneath that plane tree.

May that plane tree stay evergreen.

May she... smile and make the years drift by in a daze.
