The Nth World

This is part of a series. This installment was originally titled Six Paths of Reincarnation.

My Japanese name is Rokudo Mukuro. What about yours?

Haven't decided.

Then let me pick one for you... Hmm... Six Paths... How about you take the surname Sanzu?

Whatever...

KUFUFUFU... And your given name?

Zhai...

What does that mean?

A skeleton with its flesh not yet completely rotted away...

KUFUFUFU... It goes well with Mukuro...

And that's how the heroine got her name. She will take Chrome Dokuro's place as the Outer Mist Guardian, while Rokudo Mukuro will be the Inner Mist Guardian. She's replacing Chrome only because the author isn't satisfied with Chrome's abilities.

There will also be crossovers with other series.

As for BG... probably... All right, I admit it: there should be no couples.
