The Journey

For Guozi. A short story. I'll try to finish it within two or three chapters. A journey, three travelers At the edge of the world's destruction Nothing to do with love or hate Only a wish A small, simple wish O God who has abandoned humanity's omnipotence, please grant this little wish of mine. Just a little, just a tiny bit is all I ask... O God who has abandoned humanity and destroyed all things, I have only this one small wish. Since you no longer answer our calls, we will turn our blood into swords and stake our souls, setting out on a journey with no rebirth. Even if we lose our light, even if we lose everything, as long as we can fulfill that little wish, then everything we endure will be insignificant... It all happens at the world's end, before God is about to destroy everything. Neither destruction nor rebirth is a choice. What I want is for things to continue. Even in darkness, even amid bloodshed, as long as the light in our hearts has not gone out, the world will go on. Updates are slow, as slow as they can possibly be.
