1. This is a controversial novel. It portrays a group of artists facing pain, struggling to survive, and meeting their destruction in the future.
While writing this book, I was influenced to varying degrees by the controversial novels The Abandoned Capital, Golden Age, The Plum in the Golden Vase, The Ordeal of Chastity, and Tropic of Cancer, as well as books such as the Kinsey Reports, The □ and Marriage of the Chinese People, and The Apostles of Satan. So if you find any passages dense or obscure, or any unintended departures from the norm, I hope you'll judge them with a wise eye and offer your criticism.
2. When the manuscript was finalized, I learned that the protagonist shared his name with Wang Yi, a young writer from western Fujian. With his permission, I therefore began serializing the novel.
A very fun place.
Watching it again, this Menjuan is very interesting.
Unexpectedly, the author's writing was very exaggerated, which made me feel a little heartbroken.
