This Is a World Ruled by Lines Save this article

The four parallel lines on the palm of the hand, never crossing one another, determine the life of every 'human line.'

'Human line' is the collective name for the inhabitants of the Line World.

The blue-feather line of wisdom: governs knowledge and the ability to fly.

The green-glow line of life: possesses the power to breathe and reproduce.

The scarlet-ray line of love: contains the gifts of understanding and healing.

The shadow-and-light line of good and evil: conceals the nature of good and evil and the gift of reversal.

The length and brightness of the four lines gradually fade with the passing years...

But for Han Tianxue, descendant of the Hand-Sweat clan, her revenge against fate has only just begun...

"I'm willing to trade 10 cm of my scarlet ray for a green-glow line." Resolve showed in Tianxue's clear eyes.

"You'll regret it." A mature male voice, slightly hoarse, drifted past like a thin cloud, though its mocking tone lingered.

It was him, Han Yucheng, the powerful man of the Hand-Cold clan who was its 'clan line' and had taken 'Han Yun' away.

Legend said that when the four lines were equal in length and crossed to form one, a person could escape the status of a 'human line' and flee the Line World.

But the 'human lines' feared death, so the blue feathers and scarlet rays that could extend life were scorned and ignored.

The struggling 'human lines' sank deeper into the Line World. What scheme lay behind the entanglement between the Hand-Sweat clan and the Hand-Cold clan?

Could Tianxue's scarlet ray still shine with love as bright as daylight?

Everything was buried in the Line World.
