A few things to know:
1. This is a serious story with a gentle, comforting tone. There's no major angst, it's one-on-one, and it has an absolutely happy ending.
2. It's a pseudo-farming story dressed up as a xianxia novel, mainly about the everyday details of the leads' cultivation. Yun Tianqing's experiences form the main plot, and most of the story focuses on the leads' interactions. If you're looking for grand spectacles, schemes, or battles between immortals and demons, this probably isn't for you.
3. This story breaks up the original pairings. The female lead is an original character, and the male lead is Yun Tianqing, so fans of the Qing-Yu pairing may want to steer clear too.
4. This is a story about the parents' generation, from Yun Tianqing's travels through the martial world to the end of the great war. Since the outcome of the war from over a decade ago changes, the story will hardly touch on the plot of Legend of Sword and Fairy 4. So if you want to read about Tianhe and the other three young friends, this is even more likely not to be for you. (They might appear in a bonus chapter, though.)
