Because of questions about the definitions of rebirth and transmigration, I changed the title. The story itself has not been affected.
On the nineteenth day of the second month in the third year of Cheng'an, the empress of Emperor Cheng'an of the Xuanyuan Dynasty passed away. The four consorts, Noble Consort, Consort Shu, Consort De, and Consort Xian, vied to become empress, each using her own schemes.
Note: A man transmigrates into a woman's body.
A little rambling: This story's title has been through all sorts of ups and downs. I planned to call it A Plan to Become Empress, and even had the cover made. Then, after writing for two weeks, I realized I'd written the title wrong: I'd put A Record of Becoming Empress instead. I hurriedly changed it, but less than a week later, the definitions of rebirth and transmigration changed again. Oh well, time to change it once more. Hopefully there won't be any more problems.
I got a notice from my editor: this story will be VIP-only starting June 17 (this Friday), and I'll post at least three chapters that day.

Theme:
Add a V, I read this article as a danmei and I couldn't help but like it. The BG is very well written and I really like it from the characters to the plot. In fact, the protagonist of the emperor is not my cup of tea. Although I am not mysophobic, it is difficult to accept a stallion creature like the emperor. The emperor here is portrayed very realistically and is a qualified king. What I like better is that the male and female protagonists have always cooperated and exploited the relationship without much emotional entanglement. If it were a scene where the female protagonist is obsessed with a stallion, I would not be able to watch it. Today I bought an article about men wearing women's clothes. After reading a few chapters, I felt very uncomfortable. It's obvious that a big man is obsessed with a cold-hearted stallion. It feels so cheap! I also like the ending of this article. The emperor is always the rational emperor. Although we cannot promise each other body and soul to be the only one in this life, we have promised each other that the next life will be considered complete!
I really like this article. I have never seen the palace fight between Baby Teeth and Xinxin.
This is the best male-to-female story I have ever read, and I have read it several times. In the final ending, I think they had feelings for each other. Otherwise, given Xiao Jinxiu's character, she would not have accepted it if she didn't want to be husband and wife in the next life.
I've always read this as a beautiful article~ but it's really well written! Like!
The ending is very romantic! Is there a sequel? Who traveled back to modern times?
It seems like it's going to end, I'm so reluctant to let it go.
Rushing to the end.
The ending was a little rushed, but at the end it was clear that the relationship between the two people was quite rare. In general, this article should be regarded as BL. MM Xiao still wants to come back in the next life. You can consider writing a BL about modern wealthy families, just in this lifetime.
How should I put it, MM Xiao is still straight now. The reason is very simple. Doesn't the secret guard pretending to be the prince have a lover in the hands of the emperor? MM Xiao's reaction was which girl the secret guard could fall in love with. Hey~~ Even a fujoshi knows that all secret guards fall in love with men (whether they are their masters or colleagues)

Will the author not explain it? Too hasty!
