Cicadas · Blossoms

Blooming is the first book in Cicada.

After the Fifth Global War, the world lay in ruins and the population had plummeted. Under the direction of the Earth Organization Coordination Committee, the survivors established residential areas called New Cities in regions better suited for habitation, and began a new calendar, the New Era, symbolizing a new life and a new world.

The story takes place one hundred years after the beginning of the New Era...

Following the time the wanderer Yao Yao spends in Binhai, the story gradually uncovers her past, the "truth" hidden in the shadows, mysterious organizations unknown to the public, and the turbulent undercurrents lurking beneath an apparently peaceful life.

Cicada is a book I started planning when I was sixteen. After several revisions, everything was changed so much that, apart from the names of a few main characters, you couldn't tell it was the same book as before. Even the title changed... OTZ...

They say 2012 is almost here, so I thought, "If the world really is going to end, I hope I won't have any regrets." So, I'll give this book everything I've got and finish it!!

Whether it's any good or not, please give me some encouragement~!
