The Mirror That Sees the World

Long, long ago, there was a wondrous mirror, said to be a divine being's spyglass left behind in the mortal world. Whoever found it would get whatever they desired. Deep in the mountains of Shaanxi, a man and a woman accidentally stumbled into an ancient underground tomb palace. Inside the tomb owner's coffin, they found the mirror.

The man said, "I want unrivaled strength."

The woman said, "I want the wisdom to scheme for control of the world."

The mirror agreed, but said, "To get what you desire, you must pay a price. Are you prepared to pay it?"

The man and woman thought it over carefully, but in the end, they couldn't resist the temptation of strength and wisdom. They agreed, and so this story began...

In truth, this is the story of a hapless man and woman who switch genders and stumble through an ancient martial arts world.
