Because I am an anime fan and a mystery fan, I really like "Confession". I bought the book first and then watched the movie. I have to say that the book is very beautiful and the movie adaptation is also very good. As expected, the director has a background in making music videos, and his shots are very beautiful and unconstrained. It's a rare movie that doesn't ruin the original work. In addition, they are also works by this director, "The Story of the Lower Wife" and "The Life of the Disliked Matsuko", both of which are very beautiful.
